Appointed 17 March 2008. Mr Croll is the Managing Director of Kimberley Diamond Company, the Company’s major shareholder. Previously held positions with the De Beers Group of Companies for 17 years including as General Manager - Operations, Anglo Platinum for 3 years as General Manager - mechanisation and joined Consolidated Minerals in 2005 as its General Manager - underground and later as its Chief Operating Officer.
FRANCIS HOARE

Appointed 3 July 2008. Mr Hoare is the Chief Financial Officer for Kimberley Diamond Company and has over 24 years experience in senior financial positions in the mining and related industries, including 15 years in the diamond industry.
JUSTIN CLARKE

Board member since March 2004. Mr Clarke has been closely involved with Kimberley Diamond Company’s exploration programmes over the past 15 years and has undertaken a variety of operational and management roles. He has an impressive practical background and brings to the Company considerable knowledge and experience in a wide variety of diamond exploration and evaluation techniques. He was also Construction Operations Manager during the commissioning of Kimberley’s 2.2 million tonne per year plant and is Kimberley Diamond Company’s Operations Manager.

Appointed to the position of Company Secretary 30 May 2008. Mr Webse has over 18 years experience in similar company secretarial roles with listed companies. He holds the position of Company Secretary for the Company’s major shareholder, Kimberley Diamond Company NL and is also the Company Secretary for listed funds management group, Viento Group Limited.
